ColorPods products are made to make you happy, and we back that up with our return policies. If your ColorPods product is faulty or damaged, please contact us via email at support@ColorPods.com within the first 30 days.
Our friendly customer support team is happy to offer a refund or replacement on items that are either faulty (and confirmed faulty by us through sending us photos / short video and once you return them), lost in transit and/or damaged whilst in transit
Unfortunately, we do not provide a refund if:
- Item does not pair with phone
- Water damage
- Lost
Whilst we hope it doesn't come to that, we'll make it as painless as possible

PLEASE DO NOT SHIP A RETURN WITHOUT CONFIRMING WITH US FIRST. Do not ship it back to the address showing in the parcel. Rejecting a parcel will not be returned to our warehouse
